Use of this service
Once you have been referred to our centre (if using Southern Cross it needs to be a referral by a Private Specialist), call our receptionist to make an appointment. Advise the receptionist that you are a Southern Cross member and provide them with your Membership number.
We will contact Southern Cross and arrange prior approval for your MRI scan. You may need to pay a portion of the fee yourself depending on your insurance plan, but we can advise you of this once approval has been given.
